Data information and access

Make sure you understand the terms and conditions of data access as you will be asked to agree to these conditions in order to submit.

Once the initial request is submitted and verified (Phase 1), you will be sent a first email with instructions to login the Quebec Pain Registry intranet.

This will allow you to access the Variables Selection Form (Phase 2).

Then, the review process will take place.

All data requests are subject to the Quebec Pain Registry’s Access Policy.

Please note that data requests are prioritized according to sponsor level and, depending on the complexity of the request, could take up to 15 business days to complete.

Pricing

The Registry responds to custom data requests on a cost-recovery basis. The Registry will invoice clients based on levels of work and number of variables of data. Pricing includes: a) a non-refundable fee needed to review the data request, b) work to develop an analysis plan, c) hours needed for data extraction d) report level of data formatting and e) number of variables in the request.

  • Complete and submit the online Data Request Form
  • Academics: 150$ non-refundable fee
  • Industry: 300$ non-refundable fee
  • Registry Scientific Review Committee reviews submission
  • If approved, a Data Fee Estimate is provided with price and timeline
  • If acceptable, you will be required to complete and submit a Registry Access Agreement
